About the Project & Organization The role involves delivering live virtual sessions, facilitating AI-powered finance labs and case studies, guiding capstone projects, and providing ongoing learner support. Requirement:-7–10+ years of hands-on experience in a relevant financial-services role (e.g., financial analysis, risk management, FP&A, investments, fraud/AML, compliance, or related areas).Demonstrated practical use of generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Bloomberg AI/GPT, or Perplexity) in real financial workflows. Working knowledge of key financial regulations and governance frameworks (e.g., SR 11-7, AML/KYC, Basel, MiFID II).At least 2–3 years of experience delivering live virtual training or facilitating adult learners. Proficiency with virtual classroom platforms (Zoom, Teams, Web Ex) and interactive facilitation techniques. Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools used in the curriculum, particularly Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Teams, and Share Point. Excellent communication, facilitation, and learner-support skills, with the ability to provide clear explanations and constructive feedback. Good to Have: Experience training on AI in regulated industries. Familiarity with enterprise learning platforms and global cohorts. Your background in data operations and AI evaluation, along with your experience in structured data management, aligns well with this role. About the Trainer We are seeking a seasoned AI trainer who has experience delivering training programs to diverse audiences across functions and levels. The ideal trainer should: Have over 10 years of training and facilitation experience. Possess at least 5 years of experience teaching and enabling professionals on AI tools and technologies. Demonstrate strong expertise across contemporary AI ecosystems and enterprise AI applications. Have an exceptional command of US English, with the ability to engage and influence audiences effectively. Must be able to develop content as per stakeholder needs Available to connect for internal discussions around the content, next steps, client interactions, etc. as the need be. Be highly interactive, engaging, and capable of tailoring content for varied learner profiles. Role Requirement /
