Concrete Finisher

Key Responsibilities: Set forms, pour, and level concrete for various commercial structures, including floors, sidewalks, curbs, and foundations. Finish concrete surfaces using hand tools and power equipment to achieve smooth, level, and durable finishes. Apply finishing techniques such as troweling, edging, and brooming to meet project standards. Monitor curing processes and ensure proper application of sealants or surface treatments. Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure timely and accurate project completion. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations. Inspect finished work for quality and compliance with project specifications.

Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a concrete finisher, preferably in commercial construction projects. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment. Strong understanding of concrete mixing, pouring, and curing processes. Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship. Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions. Knowledge of safety standards and practices on construction sites. Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
