Now Hiring: Machine Operator Mills River, NC | $18.75/hr. | Day Shift | Full-Time Looking for a hands-on job where your mechanical skills can shine? We're hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Machine Operator to operate and maintain fiber processing equipment!
What You'll Do:
- Feed materials into fiber processing machines
- Clean and maintain equipment during operation
- Make minor machine adjustments
- Perform baseline testing and monitor machine performance
- Keep your work area safe, clean, and organized
What We're Looking For:
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Mechanical experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements:
- Stand for up to 12 hours
- Bend and twist 20–30 times daily while carrying up to 20 lbs.
- Use material handling equipment
