About the role

WE’RE HIRING: Regional Property Manager – Albany Capital District, NYMobile Properties LLC is looking for a dependable, hands-on Regional Property Manager to oversee eight manufactured housing communities throughout the Albany Capital District. This is a full-time, active management position for someone who is organized, reliable, comfortable working independently, and willing to take ownership of the properties under their supervision. This is not simply a desk job.

Compensation: Approximately $50,000/year, based on experience

Housing: Possible housing accommodations available in Duanesburg, NY

Responsibilities include:

Regular inspections and oversight of eight communities
Coordinating maintenance personnel, contractors, and vendors
Addressing resident concerns and enforcing community rules
Identifying maintenance issues and making sure repairs get completed
Monitoring property conditions, vacant lots, and improvement projects
Coordinating snow removal, landscaping, and seasonal maintenance
Providing regular updates to company management
Responding to urgent property issues when necessary

Requirements:

Valid driver's license
Must own a reliable vehicle
Stable and consistent employment history
Verifiable references from previous employers or direct supervisors are required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties
Basic understanding of property maintenance and repairs
Comfortable using email, smartphones, and basic computer applications A major plus:
Previous mobile home park or residential property management experience
Maintenance, construction, or handyman experience
Ownership of a pickup truck, particularly one equipped with a snowplow
Ownership of a utility/equipment trailer
