Cashier Position The Cashier is responsible for providing fast, friendly, and accurate service to guests in a high-volume sports and entertainment environment. This role handles transactions, processes orders, and ensures a positive guest experience during games, concerts, and events. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting and delivers exceptional customer service while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Guest Service Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic guest concerns. Maintain a positive, high-energy attitude during busy events. POS Operations Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions. Accept credit and cashless payments accurately. Follow all the company's payment processing procedures. Order Accuracy & Efficiency Accurately input orders and communicate with the kitchen or service staff. Maintain speed of service during peak periods (halftime, intermissions, etc.).Ensure all items are properly rung up and delivered to guests correctly. Cleanliness & Compliance Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Comply with all company policies, including alcohol service regulations if applicable. Team Support Work collaboratively with cooks, runners, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations. Assist with restocking and setup/breakdown as needed. Support overall stand operations during high-volume events.
