CEO / Co-Founder - RegTech (KYC/AML SaaS)

Role Description The CEO / Co-Founder --- Reg Tech (KYC/AML SaaS) will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of a new regulatory technology platform focused on KYC and AML automation within our Fin Tech & AI vertical. This full-time hybrid role is based in Delaware, OH, with a mix of on-site leadership responsibilities and flexibility for some work-from-home. Day-to-day activities include defining product and go-to-market strategies, building and mentoring a cross-functional team, and overseeing product development in close collaboration with engineering, compliance, and design. The CEO / Co-Founder will engage with regulators, financial institutions, and strategic partners to shape the platform's compliance framework, ensure market fit, and drive customer acquisition and retention. The role also includes responsibility for fundraising, investor relations, financial planning, and establishing governance structures that support sustainable growth and regulatory adherence. Qualifications Leadership and strategic skills, including executive decision-making, team-building, and experience steering early-stage or growth-stage technology ventures. Strong background in Reg Tech, Fin Tech, or financial services, with practical knowledge of KYC/AML regulations, compliance frameworks, and risk management. Product and business skills, such as product strategy, SaaS business modeling, go-to-market planning, and customer-centric innovation. Financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, fundraising, investor relations, and partnership development with banks or financial institutions. Operational skills in scaling organizations, establishing processes, setting KPIs, and managing cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, represent the company publicly, and collaborate across cultures and jurisdictions. Experience working with or within Gulf or international markets is highly beneficial, especially in regulated financial environments. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Computer Science, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA, JD, or equivalent) is a plus.
