VP, GRC Strategy & Enterprise Risk Leadership

Easterseals NH seeks a Vice President of Governance, Risk & Compliance to establish and mature an enterprise-wide GRC program. You will shape the strategy, create governance structures, standardize risk and compliance practices, and provide the Board with clear visibility into major risks and mitigation efforts. You will partner with senior leaders across Legal, Finance, IT, HR and Quality to drive a risk-aware culture and transform decentralized compliance into an integrated operating model.
