Senior Underwriter, Agency Affordable Housing (Remote)

Berkadia is seeking a VP – Senior Underwriter, Agency Affordable Housing to lead underwriting of complex affordable multifamily transactions under Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac programs. You will collaborate with Origination, GPO, Closing, Servicing, and Legal to structure, underwrite, approve, and close deals to agency standards. This role requires deep knowledge of agency housing programs, strong credit judgment, and the ability to mentor Analysts and Underwriters.
