Strategic GTM Finance Leader for Growth

Descript’s Finance team seeks a senior finance professional to partner on GTM growth, turning insight into leverage and smarter bets. You will own top-of-funnel and ARR forecasting, build models, and work with Sales, Marketing, and Data to quantify opportunities and drive monetization decisions. You’ll translate data into actionable guidance for leadership, design dashboards, and support pricing and packaging with rigorous financial analysis. Strong SQL and end‑to‑end data fluency are essential.
