Engineering Manager

ABGi USA is seeking an Engineering/Design Manager to lead and mature the engineering function from concept through production. You will mentor the team, own the product lifecycle, and ensure designs meet API/ASME standards while driving process improvements. The role focuses on hands‐on leadership, cross‐functional collaboration with manufacturing and quality, and ownership of design controls, documentation, and project delivery in a valve/actuation environment.
