About the role
Owning the integration process from start to finish, the full-time Forward-Deployed Integrations Engineer will work remotely or in a hybrid setting to design, build, and troubleshoot integrations between healthcare organizations and EHR systems, ensuring reliable patient data flow and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
Manage customer integrations by translating operational workflows into technical requirements and overseeing implementation, testing, and stabilization
Design and troubleshoot various integration methods, including REST APIs, webhooks, and browser automation for systems without usable APIs
Ensure data integrity and security while working with protected health information, applying best practices for access and compliance
Required qualifications:
5+ years of experience in software or integration engineering, particularly in healthcare interoperability
Proficiency in TypeScript and familiarity with C# and Elixir, along with SQL skills for data validation
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, authentication systems, and FHIR integrations
Experience in robotic process automation using Playwright or similar tools
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a customer-facing role
