Leasing Specialist | Salary + Commission

What You’ll Do: Greet and connect with prospective residents Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments Conduct apartment and community tours Follow up with prospects and convert leads into leases Prepare leases and handle leasing-related administrative tasks Provide exceptional customer and resident service Assist with rent collection and service requests Help plan and execute resident events Maintain accurate lead and leasing records
