About the role

Role: Associate Director, Special Investigations, leading global efforts to combat healthcare fraud, counterfeiting, theft, and diversion of Lilly products. Responsibilitiesdevelop strategies to prevent illicit activities triage and investigate reports using forensic tech collaborate with legal, law enforcement, and forensic teams and manage investigations from inception to resolution. Requirementsbachelor’s degree 10+ years law enforcement investigative or supervisory experience ability to conduct complex transnational and cyber investigations and experience with regulatory frameworks like the federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. Preferred Qualificationsmaster’s or professional degree international travel capability and strong communication skills for liaising with authorities. High-Valuehealthcare fraud counterfeiting product diversion forensic investigations law enforcement collaboration global scope and experience with civil/criminal legal processes. Work setup Work setup: full-time, with periodic domestic and international travel.
