Baggage Handler - $15.00/hr - Wednesday-Sunday, 3:30 am-12:00 pm

Snelling is currently recruiting for a Baggage Handler/General Laborer in the Birmingham area. Must be available for day and night shifts and weekends (See schedule below). The starting pay rate is $15.00/hr! Work Schedule for Baggage Handler: Wednesday-Sunday, 3:30 am-12:00 pmJob Duties for Baggage Handler: Assists with clearing system jams of bags and shift inspections of conveyor systems. Assists diagnose equipment failures under the guidance of senior personnel; ensures equipment is running safely. Read and interpret repair manuals, basic schematics and supervisor/manager's instructions. Assists Technicians with basic maintenance such as sweeping, cleaning and greasing. Perform additional duties/assignments that may be required by management Job Requirements for Baggage Handler: Need to be able to work with minimum supervision Need to be comfortable standing, stooping, bending and lifting up to 100 lbs. Need to have a flexible schedule Requires a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
