Regulatory Licensing Manager – Fintech & AI-Driven Compliance

Gusto seeks a hands-on regulatory compliance professional to own the day-to-day management of licensing portfolios across NMLS and state licenses. You will lead applications, renewals, amendments, and reporting while partnering with Counsel and cross-functional teams. As part of an AI-native Legal & Compliance team, you’ll implement scalable licensing workflows, contribute to examinations, and advise on licensing changes.
