Location:
St Josephs Main and Childrens Status: Full Time, Exempt: NoShift Hours: 6:30a - 3:00pWeekend Work: None On Call: NoRequirements Certification: Required BLS (Basic Life Support)
Education: Required High School or Equivalent
Experience: Preferred 1 year Related field
Responsibilities:
Performs direct and indirect patient care tasks. Assists with admissions, discharges and transfers of patients within the endoscopy suite, holding, and recovery areas. Orients patients and significant others to the unit. Maintains environment by cleaning and storing equipment, disposing of linens, and stocking supplies Keeps patient areas clear of trash and clutter, cleans, disinfects and sterilizes endoscopy equipment and stretchers On-call/weekend shifts Demonstrates interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
