Pay:

What You’ll Be Doing as Machine Operator and Packer: Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain production machinery
Perform routine mechanical adjustments and minor repairs
Monitor product quality and make real‑time process adjustments
Keep accurate records of production and downtime
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
