RTX's Pratt & Whitney Asheville Advanced Casting Foundry is seeking an experienced Cell Leader to help stand up the new greenfield facility in Asheville, NC. You will work with a cross-functional team to stand up operations, onboard operators, and drive the early production plan. This onsite role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement through the CORE/SPS framework, with 2nd shift/weekend differential and comprehensive benefits.
