Thomas Young Group is seeking a Director of Business Development to guide growth in architectural renovations and large-scale restoration projects in New York. Build and manage a pipeline, coordinate with internal teams, and develop proposals highlighting services. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in BD or sales, deep knowledge of the NYC property management/real estate development market, excellent communication and CRM skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
