Menopause Provider (Contract) - CNM or NP - Texas License

Description: Provide synchronous video visits for patients navigating perimenopause and menopause, with a focus on symptom assessment, treatment planning, and medication management when clinically appropriate. The work is fully virtual and centered on midlife care, with ongoing documentation, privacy, quality, and compliance responsibilities. Providers work independently while receiving patient matching, billing, administrative, and technical support through the practice network.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct synchronous video visits with patients experiencing perimenopause and menopause concerns. Assess symptoms and develop, adjust, and document individualized treatment plans. Provide medication management, including hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal prescriptions when appropriate and permitted. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Follow clinical, documentation, privacy, quality, and compliance standards for telehealth visits. Coordinate with support teams for scheduling, billing, credentialing, and administrative workflows. RequiredActive APP license in Texas as a CNM, WHNP, or NP. At least 3 years of menopause care experience. Experience prescribing and managing hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal medications. Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing tools, and electronic documentation systems. Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently during patient visits. PreferredExperience working in a virtual care setting. Prior experience participating in collaborative case consultation or provider forums. Independent contractor role with flexible availability. Patient matching and scheduling support based on availability, licensure, credentialing status, and patient demand. Billing, credentialing, clinical supervision, and administrative support provided. Administrative, technical, and documentation support for visits. Optional case consultations, provider forums, and clinical updates. Per-visit compensation model. Potential earnings equivalent to approximately $100.00 to $120.00 per active visit hour, based on current visit rates and typical visit lengths.
