You will manage a team, drive reliability and safety, and partner with plant leadership to optimize performance. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in engineering, 8+ years in food manufacturing engineering/maintenance, and supervisory experience. Ammonia refrigeration and boiler licenses are preferred or must be obtained.
