Strategic Employee Communications Project Lead

Stryker is seeking a Senior Project Communication Manager to lead enterprise employee communications. You will connect people, platforms and processes to move content from idea to delivery with clarity and impact, coordinating across teams, vendors and stakeholders to keep work moving with purpose. You will establish governance, templates and playbooks, drive metrics, and ensure consistent employee experience across regions while supporting major change initiatives and tool rollouts.
