Managing Director

Workplace: RemoteAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Managing Director to provide overall leadership and help guide the company's day-to-day operations, growth, and long-term direction. This person will work closely with the executive team to turn business goals into practical plans, support teams across the organization, strengthen customer and partner relationships, and identify opportunities for sustainable growth. We are looking for a hands-on leader who is comfortable making decisions, solving problems, managing priorities, and working with people across different functions. The ideal candidate brings strong business judgment and knows how to turn strategy into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day business operations and ensure key priorities are executed effectively. Monitor business performance and use financial and operational information to guide decisions. Build strong relationships with customers, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders. Identify opportunities for business growth, operational improvement, and new partnerships. Work closely with department leaders across operations, finance, sales, marketing, technology, and people functions. Establish and monitor performance goals for teams and business functions. Support budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and business reviews. Identify operational risks and develop practical solutions before they affect business performance. Help build effective processes that allow the organization to scale. Lead strategic projects and organizational initiatives as needed.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Operations, or a related field.7+ years of progressive business or management experience, including significant leadership responsibility. Demonstrated experience managing teams, business operations, or multiple organizational functions. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and business performance management. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers, partners, employees, and senior stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Experience managing a growing organization or business unit. Experience developing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. Experience managing distributed or remote teams.

Work Environment: This is a fully remote position within the United States. The Managing Director will work with leadership, employees, customers, and partners through remote collaboration tools.
