Manager, Learning Design & Development

Overview In this role, you will lead the strategy, creation, and continuous improvement of learning solutions for ICS, Specialty, and Commercial Claims. You’ll manage a team delivering e-learning, assessments, and multimedia resources to boost performance and learner experience. You’ll translate business needs into scalable learning experiences and advance learning technologies. You’ll partner cross-functionally to shape development plans and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes. A strong impact on organizational performance awaits.
