Ayala Land International Marketing is seeking an accomplished Marketing Director to lead revenue growth and market expansion for Ayala Land’s Philippine real estate portfolio targeting US-based investors and buyers. Requirement Bilingual in English and Tagalog Must be permanent resident of US or holder of a valid work permit Four-year college graduate At least 2 years of progressive marketing experience with leadership responsibility Proven track record in real estate or high-value asset marketing Strong knowledge of the Philippine property market Demonstrated success marketing to US-based client Expertise in digital marketing strategy and marketing performance management Consistent history of achieving revenue growth and marketing target Role Develop and execute US marketing strategy Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing teams Drive investor engagement, strategic partnerships, and major deal closures Ensure brand-aligned representation of Ayala Land’s premium developments Join Ayala Land’s international arm and lead US market growth for the Philippines’ most trusted real estate brand.
