Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and report changes in patient condition to licensed nursing staff. Participate in care planning and goal setting to ensure individualized care. Maintain a clean and organized living environment. Foster a positive and respectful atmosphere among patients, families, and staff.

Requirements: Must be a certified State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) in the state of Ohio. Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
