Sacramento, CA | Territory-Based Base Salary: $75,000-$90,000 Commission: Uncapped Experience: 3+ Years B2B Outside Sales Perks: Monthly Car Allowance + Mileage Reimbursement POSITION OVERVIEWOur client is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to grow new and existing business throughout the Sacramento market. This role focuses on outside B2B sales for a medical supply organization serving caregivers, seniors, and individuals managing chronic conditions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Manage and grow the profitability of assigned accounts.
- Develop new business and expand the customer base.
- Build weekly sales plans and account-growth strategies.
- Meet monthly sales activity and new-business goals.
- Demonstrate products and services within key accounts and at trade shows.
- Present contracts using established pricing strategies.
- Resolve customer-service issues and maintain strong client relationships. WHAT YOU'LL BRING3+ years of B2B outside sales experience required.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Demonstrated success developing new accounts.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to sell services and promote product lines.
- Strong work ethic and coachable attitude.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: $75,000-$90,000 base salary. Uncapped commission.
