Boiler Sales Engineer

What You’ll Do: Build and manage relationships with contractors, engineers, architects, and owners Identify and convert sales opportunities within existing and new accounts Collaborate with engineering teams on hydronic equipment selection and system design Conduct site visits, review plans, and define project requirements Develop and present customized solutions, proposals, and pricing strategies Lead contract negotiations and close deals Coordinate project handoff to operations and ensure successful execution Provide forecasting, account planning, and ongoing customer support Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field Strong HVAC knowledge, especially hydronics systems Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Proven ability to manage accounts and close sales Self-motivated with the ability to work independently(~25%) Travel
