AP & AR Process ExpertResource with 10+ years with good interpersonal skills. Desired: The ideal resource would have strong business analysis experience leading design workshop sessions in working on the following: Understanding of the following account receivables: Master data structure Credit management & centralization of credit across disparate systems Posting of A/R transactions Down payments Payments & cash application process Credit / debit memos Interest calculation Dunning process Reconciliation with G/Ls Reporting & statements Dispute management & collection process Understanding of the following account payable: Master data structure Posting of A/P transactions EDI invoicing 2-way / 3-way PO/GR/IR match process Payment methods & processes / integrations Credit / debit memos Discount utilization on payables Reconciliation with G/Ls KPIs & reporting Worksite location will primarily be Batesville (Indiana) and some workshops would be held at Chicago. Initial duration is 9 weeks for the workshop - followed by long term implementation phase. Initially 9 weeks $110/hour plus expenses.
