Director of Surgical Services

Responsibilities: Lead and direct all surgical services operations, reporting directly to the facility's COO. Oversee 3 managers and approximately 120 FTEs across the department. Drive quality, throughput, staffing, and budget performance for the surgical service line. Partner with surgeons, anesthesia, and perioperative leadership to maintain safe, efficient operating room and endoscopy operations. Support case scheduling, robotic program oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives across a high-volume, multi-specialty surgical practice.

Requirements: Proven director or senior manager-level leadership experience in perioperative or surgical services, ideally within a high-volume, multi-specialty surgical department. Experience managing budgets, staffing, and department-level performance metrics. Strong background working with surgeons and interdisciplinary teams across multiple specialties. Experience with robotic surgical programs is a plus.

Schedule: Full-time, days, no weekends.
