What Youll DoWrite accurate and efficient repair estimates based on vehicle damage Communicate directly with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process Provide updates and ensure a smooth, stress-free customer experience Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and proper repairs Maintain detailed documentation on all estimates and customer interactions Support daily production flow and help the team meet performance goals
