Part-Time IT Support Technician (Computer Repair & Small Business IT)

Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair desktop and laptop issues (hardware & software) Perform screen replacements, SSD upgrades, and RAM upgrades Remove viruses/malware and optimize system performance Assist with data transfers, OS installs, and system setups Help troubleshoot basic networking issues (WiFi, routers, printers) Provide excellent customer service in-store and onsite Document work and maintain clear communication with clients Requirements 1–3 years of IT support or computer repair experience Experience with hardware upgrades (SSD, RAM, screens) Strong troubleshooting skills (Windows/Mac preferred) Basic understanding of networking (WiFi, routers, IP basics) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and stay organized Job Details Part–time (approximately 16–20 hours per week) Flexible schedule (weekday availability preferred)
