Enrollment & Family Support Specialist — Part-Time

Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to support families throughout the registration and enrollment process at our Fishkill location. You will be the primary contact for prospective and enrolled families, guiding them through scheduling, required documentation, and subsidy processes with accurate, compassionate service. This role blends customer service, family enrollment, technology, and administrative support.
