Generations Home Care is hiring: Part-Time Recreational Therapist for Veterans in Surprise

Generations Home Care LLC is seeking a Male Recreational Therapist to support a veteran warrior on a part-time, PRN basis. The role involves about 20 hours per month of services, with training and supervision by Neuro Case Management. You will work in community settings to improve physical, social, emotional, and cognitive well-being. The Therapist will design and implement treatment plans, assess patients, and collaborate with the IP team and Case Manager.
