Qualifications3–4 years of customer-facing experience in customer service, client support, scheduling or a related role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly phone presence. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple open to learn new software quickly. A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and strong sense of ownership. High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in medical devices, equipment service, healthcare or technical support preferred. Experience with Jira, QuickBooks or another ticketing or invoicing system preferred. Experience with billing, invoicing or contract administration preferred.
