Retail Car Wash Customer Service Associate

Crew Carwash is seeking a Part Time Customer Service Team Member to deliver fast, friendly service in a busy retail carwash environment. You’ll greet customers, explain wash options and memberships, process transactions, and guide vehicles safely through the wash. This hands-on role includes keeping the lot and customer areas clean, monitoring equipment, and following strict safety standards. Greet and assist customers at the wash and pay stations Explain wash packages, memberships, and promotions Operate POS system, handle cash and card transactions accurately Guide vehicles safely into wash lanes and ensure safety procedures Maintain a clean, organized lot and customer areas Monitor wash equipment and promptly report issues Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate when needed Follow all safety and cleanliness standards Work flexible part-time shifts including evenings and weekends Support team members and participate in ongoing training Customer service Point of sale (POS) operation Cash handling and reconciliation Basic sales and upselling Safety and compliance awareness Vehicle guiding/traffic control Conflict resolution Time management Team collaboration Basic equipment monitoring Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Customer service training or certification preferred Basic first aid/CPR certification a plus Valid driver’s license with clean driving record preferred
