Loan Operations Associate (CRE)

Responsibilities: Assist Relationship Management with client relationship management Work to cultivate business opportunities with existing and new clients interested in commercial real estate financing and construction financing Monitor and assess team’s loan portfolio, including collateral quality, credit analysis, payment history, and progress construction project financed by the Bank Perform due diligence and prepare credit facility applications as part of underwriting initiative Develop new lending and deposit business opportunities with existing and new clients Collect and maintain information for credit analysis and evaluation of credit facility applications Answer and handle customers’ enquiries on credit facilities and procedures Maintain and monitor utilization of credit facilities Conduct calls and site visits to gain a better understanding of the client and progress of construction projects Monitor delinquent or problem loan and credit facilities

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 2-5 years experience working within CRE Loan Operations
