Senior Strategic Business & Financial Management Consultant - TS/SCI clearance

Overview In this role, you will apply advanced program management expertise within a DoD/IC environment to support acquisition planning, budgeting, and execution. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop cost estimates, roadmaps, and mission capabilities, ensuring alignment with DoD/IC processes. Your work will influence financial planning, AoA analyses, and transition to operations at scale. This is a demanding role for experienced professionals who shape acquisition outcomes in a geospatial intelligence context. Key requirements Eight years of generalized experience with at least eight years in PMP or DAWIA Level III program management, or equivalent DoD/IC financial planning, budget, and execution experience (AF9s/Form 9s, MIPRs)Experience with GEO-F and ORBIT financial systems Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or economics:Cost/price analysis, cost estimating or financial management experience DoD and/or NGA acquisition process experience Development/review of cost estimates and scope to meet objectives Knowledge of geospatial intelligence mission and contribution to the ICTailoring Agile and Waterfall methodologies for acquisition planning, execution, integration, and transition to operations DoD/IC Configuration Management (CM) processes Developing and validating system roadmaps, project plans, and mission capabilities AoA (Analysis of Alternatives) experiencePMP or DAWIA Level III Program Management DoD/IC financial planning and execution Cost/Price analysis and cost estimating Acquisition processes in DoD/NGAAgile and Waterfall methodologiesCM processes
