Assembly Technician

Responsibilities: Assemble opto-mechanical & electro-mechanical systems. Assemble electrical enclosure systems & server racks. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot additive manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality parts. Follow procedures and complete related quality records. Qualify equipment and components using test fixtures and procedures. Configure firmware on boards following written instructions using fixtures and computers. Leverage troubleshooting skills to evaluate production issues. Accurately identify, record, and escalate non-conformities during the production build process. Perform wiring and soldering with the aid of wiring diagrams. Conduct cycle counts. Package finished products for shipping. Kit material for daily tasks. Use computer systems for recording quality records, labor time and communicating with team members. Maintain an organized, clean and safe workplace.
