Senior Counsel, Commercial Contracts – Consumer Brands

Foster Garvey PC is seeking a counsel or partner-level attorney in Portland, OR with at least eight years of sophisticated commercial contracting and transactional experience to join our Consumer Brands Industry Group. The role centers on structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex business‑to‑business agreements for consumer brands, manufacturers, and product‑based businesses, while advising on day‑to‑day commercial matters beyond corporate or M&A work.
