The Executive Director of Sales will also be expected to revise and improve existing sales processes, maintain a deep understanding of the market and competition, and partner with various internal teams to refine marketing strategy and execution. Applicants must have a proven track record in selling healthcare software, RPA software, or healthcare IT services to relevant healthcare entities. A minimum of 7 years' of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 3 years' in the healthcare payer sector, is required. The ideal candidate will have experience selling into or alongside core administrative processing system platforms and a strong ability to meet or exceed sales quotas through self-sourced pipeline generation.
