In Service Coordinator

Job Description: Coordinate and provide staff in-service training and education. Assist with nursing duties as needed. Participate in resident care planning and care plan development. Help ensure staff are educated on policies, procedures, and best practices. Support nursing department operations and resident care.

Qualifications: Must be a Registered Nurse (RN).Must have LTC experience and thorough knowledge or state/federal regulations governing the nursing home industry. Previous nursing home experience is required. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience with staff education, in-service training, and care planning preferred.
