Business Development Manager

What You’ll Do: Develop new business through phone outreach, networking, referrals, and in-person prospecting Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision makers Understand client needs and identify opportunities to provide solutions Manage the sales process from initial conversation through partnership Grow and maintain existing client relationships Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service Maintain consistent follow-up and take ownership of results
