GFT is seeking a Bridge Inspection Team Lead to join our Bridge Group in Austin, TX. This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring regular attendance at either our Austin, Houston, or Fort Worth, TX Offices.
The successful candidate will lead field inspections, manage structural design tasks, monitor budgets and schedules, and perform QC/QA reviews on multi-disciplinary projects across roads and rail. Travel about 30% and strong communication skills are essential.
