The Opportunity: Your job is to build upon the current business in Greater Philadelphia. You’ll be in the market meeting business owners, uncovering opportunities, creating marketing solutions, and closing new advertisers. You’ll also retain and grow the relationships you earn. We’re looking for someone who has led salespeople recently, knows how to develop others, and understands that leadership here begins with producing results.

What You’ll Do: Prospect consistently and win new advertisers throughout Greater Philadelphia Build and grow upon your book of business Learn each client’s goals and recommend effective print and digital marketing solutions Present proposals, navigate objections, negotiate, and close Retain and grow the advertisers you bring on Build relationships and a strong presence in the local business community Share what works and help strengthen the sales team as opportunities arise What You BringA demonstrated record of winning new business through your own prospecting and sales efforts Recent experience leading, coaching, or developing salespeople The drive to carry and exceed your own sales goals Strong relationship-building, presentation, and closing skills Sound judgment, follow-through, and ownership of your results The ability to work independently while contributing to a team Experience selling advertising, media, or marketing solutions is helpful.
