Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Retirement Savings Platform

Gusto is hiring a senior full-stack engineer to own backend services and APIs for retirement savings products used by over a million savers. You will work across Product, Design, Compliance, and Operations to turn complex financial requirements into reliable software. You will own end-to-end systems, collaborate with multiple teams, and apply AI tools to reduce saver effort while improving decision support. Hybrid work in NY/SF/Denver areas is typical.
