We are currently seeking a US-based Senior Associate who will bring drive, insight, and enthusiasm to support our clients in making confident, informed decisions. In this role, you’ll work on buy-side and sell-side financial accounting due diligence engagements for both private equity and corporate clients. You’ll be expected to deliver incisive analyses and recommendations in client-ready reports and presentations, while engaging directly with management teams and their advisors.
What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Associate, you’ll join a high-caliber team working across the healthcare industry on intellectually rich assignments. You’ll gain exposure to OakBridge’s integrated due diligence methodology that goes beyond standard quality of earnings analysis by weaving in operational and functional insights aligned with value creation. You will:
- Perform deep dives into a target’s quality of earnings, cash flow analyses, working capital assessments, and key business drivers
- Review forecasts and challenge assumptions
- Support core financial due diligence by identifying critical risks, potential deal obstacles, and differentiators, while benchmarking against industry standards
- Analyze financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) and convert raw data into strategic observations
- Evaluate the quality of reported earnings, net assets, and cash flows
- Help craft deal-oriented deliverables (reports, presentation decks) capturing commercial, financial, and valuation insights
- Participate in client and target management meetings, acting as a secondary day-to-day liaison
- Aid in business development efforts and help nurture client relationships
- What We’re Looking For2–4 years of audit/accounting or financial due diligence experience (including at least 1 year in a Diligence role)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAPAdvanced skills in Excel and PowerPointExcellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Comfort operating both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced setting
- Experience with Alteryx or similar data analytics tools is a strong plus

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary:
$100,000 - 125,000 per year (final figure depends on education, experience, and qualifications)
Bonus:
