IGA/Grants Contract Specialist I

Responsibilities: Receive all Intergovernmental Agreements applications from various facilities request to do buisness with USMS or request a rate increase for housing USMS prisoner Review each application for completeness and accuracy prior to handing it off to the Intergovernmental Agreement Specialist Assist each Specialist with pre-award development, which includes requesting Department of Labor wage determinations, uploading USMS facility inspection reports, conducting market research and cost analysis to assist Specialist determining fair and reasonable housing and guard rates Assist with updating policies and procedures, congressional inquiries and Freedom of Information Act requests Assist the Intergovernmental Agreements Team in providing customers with guidance on procurement related matters by way of email requests and phone calls
