About the role

The Company: A family-owned luxury home and boutique condominium developer in Miami, with over 30 years' experience in the industry. Whether it’s custom homes in Star Island or high-end condos in Brickell, our client has built some of Miami’s most luxurious properties.

The Position: You should bring minimum 5 years' construction estimating/preconstruction experience- and must have experience estimating ground-up residential, multifamily, and/or high-end residential construction. Currently we cannot accept applicants that come from a residential construction background. What’s on offer? Base salary up to $130K depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance. This is a chance to join one of Miami's most established luxury residential developers, building some of Miami’s most exciting projects.
