They should be curious, organized, and willing to dig into the data to determine not only what happened, but why it happened and what should be done next.This person should be comfortable asking questions, identifying inconsistencies, challenging assumptions when the data does not support them, and presenting recommendations to leadership in a clear and understandable way.The goal of this position is not simply to report the numbers—it is to turn marketing data into actionable business intelligence.
